Cant play game because of graphics?

When i click play and it comes it says “Fail to create Direct3D device object” What should i do?

im having the same problem. can anyone help us out?

Okay, Go to Run then follow these steps.

1.Type in DXDIAG
this should open a window for you.
2.Go to DISPLAY
3.See if Direct3D Acceleration is ENABLED.

It is enabled and i tested it and there were no problems. anything else i could try?

Does not work for me in Windows 7 / Google Chrome nor in FireFox. All acceleration enabled. Perhaps notebooks are not supported?
