Can't connect, Please help

For the last few days i have been getting this Error:
Command protocols did not match (Error code: 24)

My Adobe us up to date, I cleared cache and attempted to delete the stuff in the DSO Client File, But it says the folder or a file in it is open in another program. I am using Google Chrome.

Admittedly, today has been worse than most but still, I’ve spent two solid hours trying to get this thing running. I’ve played the game daily for the past six months and would not care to know how many hours of my life have been spent trying to get this thing to load. I don’t know if the developer is simply to inexperienced to build a program that’ll load or perhaps they simply don’t care. Either way, it’s abundantly clear that this loading problem is not going to go away.

Im having the same probs it will just load and load and nothing in the end. so can u devs read this and fix it?
