If it’s something that affects only you, you can ask for help by going to Kabam’s customer help page, then clicking “Contact us” from the three options (in orange) on the right side of the text.
If you tried to purchase something and didn’t get it, check your kreds page. Were any kreds debited from your account? If not, something went wrong in the purchase and you should try again. If it still doesn’t work, email us at email@example.com.
If the kreds were debited but you didn’t get the item(s) you paid for, use the Kabam support link above.
