Game won't load

So the game has been working perfectly fine for almost a week now, when suddenly I turn it on today and it does not load. No loading screen or anything. The standard Kongregate chat module on the right side of the screen loads almost instantly but no amount of waiting will ever get the game to load, it seems.

I assume that this is a one-off, as I cannot see any other forum posts about this issue. I have not uninstalled any plugins or any program at all on my computer, nor have I made changes to any aspect of my browser (Chrome).

Can anyone offer advice on how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance.

ok, use IE now !! OMG … first time use IE to play something =)) … it’s still IE 7 =))

I use Chrome and it was fine yesterday, havent updated anything so its the game.

I refuse to use explore to f fix this.

Chrome, safari and firefox don’t work. tired it on a total of 3 different computers. IE worked on all 3.

i tried on playing on Kabam but i dont see my account on the server how can i play with my account?

the same think for me… I use Firefox and i have a black screen. Not loading. it’s scandalous !!

Three different computers? For a Kabam game? That’s dedication. :P

Kabam staff apparently patrol this forum looking for suggestions, etc. so they should see this thread soon enough, and fix the problem.

I’m having the same issues. I have tried firefox and chrome, but kong will not load godfather. However, if I go to kabam.com and try on my boyfriend’s account, it loads perfectly fine on both browsers. It’s been like this for me since…hmmm around 8pm last night eastern time. =/

Me too, cleared cache, cookies, rebooted router and laptop and doesn’t work on chrome. loads perfect with IE though.

I get a blackscreen on Firefox as well as on IE thorugh kongregate too for 2 days now. Since the game isn’t working anymore through kongregate, it should be removed from kongregate.

Hey, it still works for some of us. Removing it will just force the rest of us to have to lose everything we worked on because some of you can’t get it to work.

Loads perfectly on laptop, black screen on PC… go figure :/

@Holos Try it on different browsers other than FF ad IE, what about Chrome, Safari and Opera to start with? there are loads of browsers

doesnt work for me on Chrome atm, but it works on FF and IE

me too! Ive tried apple pads and microsoft computers and it still doesnt.

For firefox users run this http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ and check your flash is up to date.
I also find that the filters in adblock plus are screwing with a few sites that use flash, so i uninstall it and works fine. Will try reinstall and see if problem is gone
