Click “call for reinforcements” and pick the person/people you want.

Go shout it in the chat, if it does not work, ask a friend in this game to help, if that does not work either, invite afriend(call for reïnforcement) and ask for help, if that also does not work try not playing for some time and see if (s)he is gone.

By the way, I checked the guide the MAKER of the game created on his official website, and it says kong has only a +5% attacking bonus, not +15%… I think this is a very important information.

I suggest creating several alts and using them to weaken your target before your main attacks him.

You’re in the wrong game. The Moon Hat will be used in Luna, which is still in development by Jiggmin.

Right! The Moon Hat lets you earn lux from racing in PR2, which is currency specifically for Luna.

Also, I’m sorry if any of the information in this thread is a bit outdated.

how can i see a low-power city?

@ gidey spend several (usually 3-11) turns to spy the city. The fist in the lower right and the number besides it shows how many power enemies got. (if you meant other city’s power)
