Why are My medium raids locked

Dec 29, 2012 6:14pm Tenkage 145 posts Flag Post	I’ve been waiting for weeks for my medium raids to unlock, and yet they won’t, I have the spirits, I have the runes to summon them, I can do everything else but them. Any help?
