Connection Trouble

I’m having trouble connecting to the game. This happens to me occasionally but it seems that many people have had this problem. I am making this post to make sure that Artlogic is aware of this. I’d also like to request that we be informed of what they see as the problem but also what can be done about it, if anything.

Also, if anyone else is having trouble (or not) please add info here that can help. PLEASE DO NOT bitch, whine, and gripe nonsensically, that doesn’t help anything.

Ditto. The random disconnections wouldn’t be nearly so maddening if not for the mandatory 2-minute wait for the entire game to redownload itself every single time.

Currently keeps on saying theres an error connecting into kong.

I have connection problems after every quest or after every other quest if I’m lucky. Becomes quite annoying when I have to reload the whole game after that because it does take some time to load up every time.
