Lost a match rental

i bougth a flame thrower for 3 matches i played a match suddenly it said ping was too high when i checked the flame thrower it said 2 matches next time i did it again it said ulity player crashed :(

I do not know why it wouldn’t work but it was probably a ping thing, The game works best when your the only one online so maybe it was that.
