Why i cant play! when it loads, it says “Loading Info…”. I refreshed it but it won’t work! Please help and i can play now, i can’t play, i don’t know what happened. May 15, 2012

Well, whenever you log in your current quests will show on the right hand side of the screen, right? Well, mine doesn’t (NO, I haven’t finished the quests, duh). I refreshed, then it shows it but I couldn’t accept all the other quests in the area (no exclamation points). Refresh again, the current quests don’t show but I can accept all other quests in area. Refresh again, both features are off.

Update: I refreshed it again (after 18 times, yes, I count it) and now it works. But I hope others would see this and relate with the problem.

Quests not loading properly

Seems like a bad connection to the server, at least now when quests fail to load it won’t wipe clean your quest progress. I’ll try and find a way to make loading quests quicker.

hmm, now i can play now, i refresh 12 or 11 times, then DARKWHITE help me, he said “sean try close your browser and open it again” then it works! yey

Yes hello, Predacuda’s Darkblue, black, yellow, skin has a flaw, when on the ranch my Predacuda’s tail is still the original color when it moves sideways.
My Ratchet’s Black, yellow skin (the first version) has a flaw when it is engaged in combat, its left cheek and its leftmost claw on its right foot are still green.
it’s minor graphic details, put they are bugging me out.

MUSIC BUG

If you go to settings and lower the music volume, sometimes when the track changes or the music restarts it will jump back to default volume. You have to go back to the settings menu and lower the volume again each time. :(

what the hell when your mission is defeating 10 dozers, only 1 dozer u can defeat when u go to their place, and then u will go there again?! the other dozer is in the top but cant climb _

I am unable to click on the “Search For Match” button in the Arena. It doesn’t turn into “Waiting for Match”. Anyone know how to fix this bug?

Also, when trying to go to the Verdane and Aduro stations directly from the cities themselves (heading north), it won’t load; kinda like hitting a dead end.

yea um i suffered an annoying glitch, i was looking to catch a raket in havenm after i wasnt alowed back in but the ranch lets u in anyway, beside the point though i went to go catch one, i through a chystal at it and it didnt work even though the tollorance bar was at minimum and then i through another one and clicked the monster at the same time, it then showed up as 2 in my inventory, i went to my ranch to relase one and the other one does not show upo but i can still fight with it but i cant heal it in the ranch, could u delete it from my account or somethin?

update with glitch: turns out any thing i catch duplicates the disappears from the ranch if i get ride of one but still shows in my inventory

I think they must be working on the train system. I’m sure it’ll be back up soon and all the better for the waiting.

The doorways at Verdane + Aduro should now be fixed for the train. As for the ‘choochoo’ command, this has been disabled for now as people on facebook were abusing this to get ‘referral rewards’.

This problem has happened to me several times now. When I successfully catch a monster, it shows me the creature’s stats, which often seem really good (e.g. 130 def for a lvl 32 chompie when I caught him), but when I go back to actually checking the new creature’s stats back in the ranch , the stats are actually much lower (def for the chompie is actually 77).

Sorry for the double post, but now chompie’s def became 88 without leveling, is it because the creatures’ stats are being revised?

Not a big deal, but Hootenant and Generowl don’t show up in my terrapedia. I mainly want it just to see what Generowl’s stats are because apparently he is really weak even compared to Hootenant.. Was that on purpose or something?

hootenant has 2 in every stat, while generowl only has 3 in hp and 0 everywhere else. I think that’s a mistake made by the devs, too.

Thanks. I knew about Hootenant but wondered why Generowl did less than half the damage Hooty did.

Sometimes when I go to another area, nothing happens. Takes some luck and wandering to do it. Seems to happen everywhere I been.

The earth council daily quest hasn’t been working properly for me for a couple of days. It’ll only let me battle one of the council members and then it says the quest is completed

Thanks! That’s awesome. Referral rewards, eh? I dunno how you would hack that using the choochoo command.

On non-kong versions of the games, people can earn rewards for inviting their friends (ie. have 10 friends get to Vesport and you get a little reward).. The problem was they’d create a fake account ‘type choochoo’ and immediately get to vesport which really isn’t what we wanted!
