loading problem

Hi everyone, am I the only one having problems playing from kongregate?
since today the loader freezes at “retrieving player information”..

yep im getting the same thing. I tried refreshing several times but no luck.

yea its been 2 hours and still stuck on “retrieving player information.” Is the game down for an update or is it just failing?

I also wrote on Social Titans page.. they said they’re gonna investigate and fix this problem

Hello guys, sorry again about this problem. Does it now work for any of you? If not let me know and I’ll try something else new.

Thanks for the update! It was down to a new security patch to the game which wasn’t quite correctly updated for Kongregate. I’m glad it’s now working for you at least and sorry for the troubles!

im tryng to log in for 10h but n way
will this be fixed soon?

Mine said ‘retrieving player information’ before I tried to log in yesterday and it stuck on ‘Connecting to server’. Very discouraging…
