Why?

Finally found myself best 1 hour of my life:)

Man I was lucky. I almost got off when I was in vestport, but decided to go to Audro to claim the 100 honor points from the fire council quest. I normally let that quest restart itself so I could train, but I wanted the money to buy potions. I might have lost my account since I had no extra ranches. As it is, I only had to search through 2 accounts.

The number of users who are below level 13 is in the 10’s of thousands so allowing those accounts to be found would mean it wouldn’t work for anyone at all.

If you are one of those effected, please send me a message with how far you had got and I’ll send you a compensation amount in Terra Dollars and Honor Points

Well I accidentally chose someone esle’s acc so sending you a message would give it to the other person.

I couldn’t recover my account last night, as the search would not finish – it kept getting stuck on “processing server 5”. I was away all day and just got the chance to try again and I was successful! The search was much, much faster and my little angels were even well cared for since Social had a Ranch Helper terramon-sitting! Yay :D

Now I just have to recover my other 2 accounts :l

There, that’s my strongest account recovered! Now I just have to recover my first one, which I haven’t played in a while. So far, I’ve had no joy – I remember what terramon I had and have a (very) rough idea of their levels, but I can’t remember where I was or what I was doing last. I’ve tried lots of combinations of city and lead, but so far no hits :( I’ll keep trying, but if I have to start over, then so be it.

Still no luck, and it’s getting late, so I’ll give it another shot tomorrow. If I still can’t find it I’ll just start over – it’s slightly messed up anyway, so I’ll probably do better in the end. I hate to throw away all that time and effort, though.

Hey social titans my account was gone I always played it but on June 1 i played it again but my account was gone I played again (a new one) then i tried recovering but it was no use

The ability to recover your account was released over 2 days ago. Read the steps on how to recover your account in the first post.

That’s not an issue – this just means they created a duplicate of your account, and the fake duplicates will be removed in the future.

This account recover thing doesnt work for me.

Try talking to Social or Blue about that. Social is in the chat right now.

Hey i just opened terramonster.com looking for any news about this error of ‘losing accounts’,
but i can’t find any up until now…

Was this ‘account lost’ only occur on kongregate’s terramonster??

I still can’t find mine.
I’ve tried every location I’ve ever been to and I still can’t find it. And yes, my monsters were higher than lvl 13. It’s really frustrating D:!!

whenever it searches i only get one avatar i remeber i was at either svhana or the default ranch my lead was wintail and he was lv 17_18 and i had 0 terra dollars but stilll nothing

If you were at the default ranch, put the location as where you would end up if you left the ranch. So if you were in Savannah and entered your ranch, your location would now be Aduro.

I’m having a lot of trouble finding my account. Is there any way to find it by name?

Also, I tried the thing where I should make my avatar look like how it was before the reset, but the necklace now costs terra dollars

I paid $20 of kreds to the game so I hope to get it back
