It seems to me like this is almost a fantastic game, and there are only a few minor problems that frustrate players and stop many from playing.
The biggest issue is the lack of IP at the start of the game. The game can be quite hard to get into because once the free campaigns are completed there is nowhere to go. The campaigns cannot be replayed without spending masses of IP, and there is no steady source of IP, there are the daily quests which net you around 3k, and you can get about 3k from your island… meaning in 5 days you can buy a campaign, in which you will most probably make a net loss because all of your IP has been used saving not buying booster packs.
Another problem is the way that the island system works… I love the concept of expanding your territory, but without a feasible way to add more islands to the total amount i foresee major issues. The result being that new players have their lands ravaged, while established players have impenetrable defences, with no lands being added to the pot there is no way for the new players to expand their territory, the new players die while the old players grow marginally stronger. This system discourages any new players, and makes it hard for the newer players to expand. however if there was another way to gain lands, all players could expand their territory. new players will still be picked on, but at least they can slowly grow.

First of all I’ve got to say that this is enormously addicting game! Good job, guys!
But enough with the appraisal. I would like to draw attention to one flaw that repels a lot of strategy loving players. It’s the lack of intelligence (scouting) data that leads to the lack of strategy choices. Now it is limited to the choice of the cards in squads (which is almost always limited to the choice of the rarest cards in collection) and the choice of squads before the battle based on the color of the opposing squads. Attack types can influence your choice of cards only after your defeat when you can see for yourself the details of the counterpart’s creatures attacking types.
So my suggestion is adding some strategy choice to the game which can be done by providing more substantial intelligence data – for example the most common attacking type in the opposing squads or smth like that.

BlackHawk2267 and Volart, thank you for your kind words and suggestions.
Please note that game doesn’t let experienced users to open portals to islands of the novice players.
Regarding providing more substantial intelligence data – good idea, I’ll forward it to the game designers.

Another option that might be greatly appreciated by the players is the Trading or Card Selling tool. I realize that you must have thought about it already and there are reasons why you haven’t yet implemented it but this is another feature that the game lacks. It’s just frustrating to see all those common cards dusting with no use.

Whilst there is the well documented issue around lvl 10 without campaigns, the issue I have right now is the opposite: I have too much to do. Having to defend your lands is a nice idea, but if you log in after a day or two and you have 24 or more players on your islands and barbarians, then it is not fun. It feels like work. At least make some achievements with defeating 500 or 1500 barbarians + people who conquered your land, so it does not feel that bad. The battles are boring. Fighting the garrison of the opponent might be unfair and hard at times, but at least its more interesting. I am not losing lands because I am inactive, but because its just too much annoying work.
