The cost are constant afair, and are outside the scope of the work
Common: 50 xp/120 xp/450xp
Frequent: 180 xp/500 xp/1700 xp
Rare: 800 xp/2000 xp
Super-Rare: 3000 xp/8000 xp
Ultra-Rare: 12500 xp
Promo: 15000 xp

For the evolution steps, the only relevant ones are Super-Rare/Ultra-Rare intermediate steps for KotH, and those will be done separately when i have time
