I signed up for the beta but, when i copy and paste the link into my browser, it redirects me to the homepage. what do i do?

Well if you are using this link, http://www.kongregate.com/games/fliplinestudios/remnants-of-skystone-beta_preview then you should be able to play the beta, but what is most likely to have happened is that you just recently singed up, so Kongregate still has to give your account permission, so with just a little patience and the right link you should be playing in no time.
