Chat Bug

There’s a problem with my chat, i cant enter the guild chat, it’s blank, i tryed loading the game on mozilla, chrome and IE, all of them updated, but the same thing happens on all of them.

how can i fix it?

1) Are you in a guild? (You can’t chat if you’re not in one)

2) Are you playing on full screen? (Flash limitation)

3) Are you multi tabbing? (Having different accounts logged in?)

Anwers:

1.Yes, im on guild and im the leader, so i really need the chat ASAP.
2.No, im not playing on full screen.
3.No, just a single window.

What browser are you using and what version of flash?

Flash player version: 11.3.300.265
OS: Windows 7 (64-bit)
Browser: Google Chrome

this is the result i get, i turned off the web shield and the chat started to work, but i dont like to expose my computer just to play a game, i hope this can be solved now.

Well if you play/visit safe sites you should be alright, If it can’t me solved then turn off your web shield when playing skyshard heros?
