A lot of great strategy games have disappeared, I played Confrontation a miniature game, and I was amazed to see how it was possible to have twice the best product in the market and go bankrupt twice.
For me Kongai was second only to urban rivals, the game was just a bit to slow.
All players had a fair chance to win, not much was needed for the game to be a success.
The game designers or whoever is in charge could have said clearly why the game was abandoned.
Zynga games are free and still are moneymakers but maybe it wasn´t possible to copy the project.
Selling a few cards probably don´t pay the rent for the designers or the school bills of their kids.
if this is the case why not having the honesty to say:
Dudes, it´s a shame but we need a living.
It might not have been a glorious ending but it would be the brave thing to do.
The players would have said it was fun good luck for your next project.
The only thing I can say now is what the hell happened?
