strange indeed, one of the best games ever on this site has been abandoned so abruptly by kongregate’s staff…

I don’t get it. Why are there still card achievements for this game? Today I checked it out for the first time due to getting a card from another game and… a whole two people are currently playing. Uh, thanks for the card I guess?

because the handful of people who DO play this game have no way to get cards other than by paying kreds and a 1% chance after every win. Before kongregate was bought by GameStop, kongai was a permanently “featured” game on the website and drew hundreds of players. Now, no one supports it, but the challenges are back so that what’s left of the community can still improve their decks.

kongregate was purchased by gamestop and gamestop didn’t care enough to continue supporting the game. The game ceased to be a featured game and as such few new players have been introduced.

So now the question is, how can the newbies get the hard badge?

This game was so much fun in the old days. Who would’ve guessed that it started to lose players even before all the cards were published?

its always like that. Almost dead, but not completely.

im still having fun but more ppl should play.

i keep battling with same ppl so they know my deck. i keep winning though lol.

You can’t even save your deck anymore. Keeps giving me “Error 2” whenever I try to save.

sad but true, you cannot save decks anymore. My question is, why do they keep giving out cards, if they abandoned the game?

Er so let me get this straight….they still give you card challenges to get new cards, but you are unable to use said cards AT ALL because any new deck you try to make doesn’t work. Then what is the point of getting new cards?! T_T

Kongai really needs to be revamped, I mean I tried playing again since I got a cool looking cyberdog card;
but the game was exactly the same as it was when I first joined Kong, minus a hundred or two players that is. Which is a shame, I mean it is a signature game of kongregate, one would think they’d of updated it with new functions or whatnots in the last year or so (even if it didn’t make money, I mean looking after your commodities is never a bad thing).

I know lots of people aren’t playing anymore, but what do they expect when they neglect the game like that.

I’d vote for fixing the deck editing error first, updating the game second (some kind of narrative would be nice, and interesting – when you have badass characters like Rathbone), and then feature it on the mainpage again
