both of my opponents has got a Painful Memories and defeated me. I got 4th place with heavy doubt that I auto passed a PM due to freeze. Can you investigate this? Thank you.

I was in the middle of my first draft round when it suddenly said the game was over and I lost, immediately placing me into the loser’s bracket. It even showed my opponent with only a single win in the 2nd round slot. When I pressed ready to start the loser’s bracket game it immediately said I had lost the game. Could you investigate this? Thanks.

In the first round of my draft during game 3, on the second turn I played Fast Learner (played him turn 1 as well). The Fast Learner went up to the played spot, and then the game hung up before resolving the damage or effects from the card. I waited about 1 minute, then refreshed my game. At this point when the game loaded up I had no navigation bar and was unable to rejoin my draft game in progress.. So I got a loss round 1 from autoplaying cards.

The game nicely let me play the 2nd round of my draft, which sadly I lost, but I lost out on my chance to win the first round which I was in game 3 of and had a solid chance to win.

The Kongregate servers seem to have crashed while I was in the middle of my draft (around 5:50 pm EST). Was unable to complete draft as a result.

same problem as sushisage… i was even winning in the second round and it outmatically gave me second place…

You can find the Draft ID in the Draft History section of the Drafts area. I need the Draft ID to be able to investigate the issue.

Didn’t get the MNH bust until draft 23587, so I’m guessing 23550 wasn’t included in the MNH draft count. So, I didn’t get the draft pack reward for 23643…

Your first Draft was started at 18:59:50 the MNH event starts at 19:00:00 server time.

Kong’s servers died in some way. I was massively ahead in the first round of the final yet only got credited for second. I have no clue how you fix this fairly but I am not happy with the result.

…and after going through my cards list it seems that I did not get to keep the cards from the draft. In the draft I drew Reflective Reasoning which was a new card that I did not have. And I don’t have it in my card pool, so apparently I didn’t keep cards from the draft at all.

Playing a draft, one match up in the first round, and then got dropped from the server, and Kong crashed out.

After a bit, got back in, found I’d ended up last – which doesn’t feel like a fair reflection given the server dropped out.

sadly without a Draft ID it may not be… doesn’t sound like a draft issue thought.. did you have an issue last week and have you tried to draft since then,… we had an issue with people being double rewarded for drafts last week and the “double reward” being a phantom.. wouldn’t disappear until you tried to do a draft.

After waiting for a while, it tells me the draft is finished. Result is N/A. It looks like the 3rd and 4th player got to play their match, but I didn’t.

Replying to your last message where you asked I provide the Draft ID for my problem.

I took part of last week MNH too and didn’t keep track of my packs at that time so it probably was that. And when I didn’t have enough packs left on my 5th draft it kicked me out and corrected it. Thanks for clearing it up Kalevra.

Without a Draft ID, an Account ID and a clearer description of the circumstances , I cannot investigate this issue.

I am not sure if EFL comes under here as well, please let me know if this is the wrong section.

On Sunday, during EFL, one of my matches froze, and cards didn’t play even after the timer should had gone off. Eventually I conceded to get out of it, but the placement still shows N/A even till now. I had submitted a bug report earlier during the freeze, and I think it was ticket 5802, though I am not absolutely sure. I would also like to check whether I got the EFL voucher from it, as it seems that I did not receive any for it either. Thank you.

Can you link me to where you reported it in the main forum, because I have no open draft reports there, and so my assumption is I have already solved this.

My first opponent was taking a long time for every turn (including drafting), and I guess was disconnected, because I was declared winner near the end of our first round.

The second match went fine, and I got the rewards for 2nd place, but didn’t get any of my cards.

When reporting on the main forum, please post Draft Reports in the Draft report section, also please make you own seperate post, or if another post about you draft exists, please add to that one :D I compensated you for this issue :D

What specific cards where you missing?

I had two Epics – Nova, and some version of Bantam. I also had a few Rares that I hadn’t seen before, and I do seem to have two of those now, Eye of the Storm and Recon Mission. I guess I only got some of the cards, unless I had those two beforehand and had never used them.

Draft ID 25544. Not sure if this is a valid excuse but picked my cards, then daughter was very ill so had to clean up. By the time I came back I’d lost :(
