There isnt enough log here to determine what may have gone wrong, we just retested the card and it sems to be working as intended. one thing that may have looked d.. is that buffs that negate and buffs that add damage are comapred and equaled out on the server before being shown on the client. so If you have a +3 and a -2 all it will show is a +1.

Then when I did manage to get back into the second round of my first match up, it wouldn’t let me play any moves and just said “Waiting for the next battle to begin…”

I refreshed a 3rd time, and it dropped me out of the draft menu entirely, in my draft history it showed the game still ongoing

Did you go to the deck editor, and within the deck editor click on the Pack Opener, then scroll down through the packs till you find the correct pack? It is there, but if it is not please list all 15 drafts that you did during the Event period so I can investigate further.

After carefully reviewing the logs.. the First draft on you list was started 20 hours to early… During the time period of the Event you only completed 14 drafts.

There must be some mistake. When I logged in I clicked on the draft night tab and played the first one. I know this because we have been away for a while and I logged in for the first time again during the draft night.

There was a draft event this weekend as well that happened before MNH, maybe that is the event that you saw during the first Draft you participated in

Alright, I guess that is how it happened. Sucks because I would have played another game to get the 2 packs if I had known. It just showed on my list as the same day, but because I am in Australia at the moment the time difference is a bit weird. Ok, always next week.

IGN: Narxis. Draft ID: 38455. Game froze during draft in the first round, I managed to get back in for the second fight, but the “waiting” pop up wouldn’t go away and I couldn’t select anything, By the time I managed to actually get back in, I had lost.

Had a kickass deck in the draft. Lost connection to the server immediately after playing the first card of the first match. Checked my internet connection and it was fine. However, I could not log back into the game after trying about 5 times immediately after. Managed to get back into the game about 10 mins later, and I was awarded 4th place. First round the match reset mid way through. I went to play a card and then a fourth (quick hit ) appeared on the left side of the screen)
Thirs round of the 2nd match, the same thing happened when I played Calm Before the Storm;
the game froze, a 4th card popped up (not sure think it was quickhit).

Slowly my life would drain, but nothing was happening to the other guy
Appreciate all you can do in this matter, : )

After interface freeze for a long time, when the interface begin moving, just auto played 2 cards and show I lost this turn, click continue then show I lost next turn.
So, I just auto lost and got my 2nd rank.
I don’t like this result for my auto lost, even of I got 2nd rank.

Advice:
Random pick should always pick the right most card when player is idle.
If player get the cards they want or get the 1st place in draft, they would not complain the bugs, I believe this would greatly reduce your work.

It seems your server have some connection issue in January 1 4:00GMT – 5:00GMT.
So my 3 consecutive drafts encounter the same connection trouble.
I think the time for connection time out you set is too long, reduce it, maybe it’s a solutoin for connection issues.

I ended up with a 2 card hand while ShoobiDoobi had 4 but couldn't play. In the 2nd match, was trying to click the discard pile. Game froze again and refuses to open the pile. It then played the card that popped up in that slot after it unfroze.

In draft 40384 I finished 2nd, but in the history it says “N/A” and I also did not receive the prize for finishing second. Is this the proper place for this?

I got accidentally caught in 2 draft and I was alternating between 2 drafts which didnt allow me to pick cards properly nor make a deck. Both draft have been shown to be N/A. The draft IDs are: 40745 & 40756. Thanks

Draft 41149. I don’t think I got my draft cards as I am short the Moxie’s Missiles I was excited to get. I got a default 3rd place because someone else AFK’ed out before drafting began. I think I got the other normal draft participation goods.

The game auto skipped my turn during the drafting of the 2nd card of the 1st pack, meaning I did not even get a random card from that pick. It just skipped. In the end I only had 14 cards after drafting the 3 packs finish.

I ended up with a 2 card hand while ShoobiDoobi had 4 but couldn't play. In the 2nd match, was trying to click the discard pile. Game froze again and refuses to open the pile. It then played the card that popped up in that slot after it unfroze.

The game auto skipped my turn during the drafting of the 2nd card of the 1st pack, meaning I did not even get a random card from that pick. It just skipped. In the end I only had 14 cards after drafting the 3 packs finish.

If you were merged, we will need your ingame name and level to look into this further. Also, I could not find any player that was in both of those Drafts, please check them for a typo ^^
