Never mind, just refreshed and the game just awarded me a loss, granting me all applicable awards for 2nd place.

Hi. I would like to report a draft error. In draft #26316, I was fighting my opponent in the first match. Suddenly, the screen has a message saying “Lost connection”. When I refreshed, I could not re-enter the draft. After refreshing over and over, I got the 4th place reward. I did not even finish my first match or start my second round.

(I lost 3 draft packs from this. The draft pack in the reward is for three times draft on Monday night.)

Got the “Lost connection to server” message during pack 2 of the draft. I refreshed, but it didn’t take me back into the draft until the choose your class moment, meaning it had autopicked half my draft for me.

The MNH event starts at 19:00:00 the Draft you listed started at 18:59:36. I went ahead and compensated you a bust :D

I played the draft, but once it was over, the “Painful memories” card that I had drawn in the draft
was not visible in my collection, even though I did have the other cards that I had drawn in the same draft. ( “Remand…” and “Fiery Reflection”)

Missing Card

I drafted a few times tonight. In one of my drafts I picked, and played with, Investigative Journalism. However, it’s not in my collection. I’m not sure about other cards; I only noticed the missing epic.

I’m not sure which draft it was; probably 27743. Other drafts I did tonight were 27671, 27915, 27978 and 28048.

Draft froze on first match, opponent seemed afk, but the match froze halfway through the 2nd round. Conceded to move the match on, but froze again on 3rd,. Was not able to chat, both times only able to get one line out in chat, subsequent attempts to chat failed as messages could not get through.

Is there anything that can be done about draft bugs? I was in a draft match with a guy and I’m 1-0, on the verge of beating him when he plays Break Beat combined with WotS to beat me with 8 damage(through my 2-3 shields). I didn’t think much of it at first, but then when I seen break beat in his pile the next match, I realized that he has no reflex badge as a FS in the drafts. I lost, came in third when I could of gone to second or even first, and I ‘robbed’, per se.

A bug occurred in the draft related to opponent’s “Firewall” card. Opponent played their card and on two instances after I played a 0/3 card in response, and causing no damage to opponent, the remainder of my entire deck was depleted, resulting in two losses and a 4th place in the Draft.

N.B. Multiple other players reported the same exact bug while this draft was taking place in Kong Chat.

I will also post a separate bug report.

My opponent played firewall, so I played Bookworm, then my deck depleted over 10 cards. There is no way I did 10 damage with Bookworm. I ended up losing the match as a result. Is there anyway I can get draft packs refunded?

Picking cards was all good and all but then i got dc-ed and when i logged in i lost my 1st round.
Thought that I could enter the second round but apparently my opponent said that he was still playing the afk version of me.
Lost the game and I conceded to the guy in loser bracket. If I’m not wrong, I would be able to reconnect into draft am I right?

Hey, I was doing a draft and got 2x Abyss from the draft, but I received only 1 after the draft?
Fix this for me, please.

I was unable to reproduce this, and without a log its difficult to prove, but in this case I went ahead and compensated you :D

What I need for every Draft Report is:

Your Account ID, not In Game Name, the easiest way to find it is to mouse over your name on the profile page
and your account ID will pop up. ( It is usually your Facebook Identification number, or your Kongregate Account Name)

Your Draft ID, This is the specific ID of the Draft that had an error. This is found in the Draft History section
located on the Draft page.

A clear description of the Issue or bug with as much information as possible, including if possible Copies of the
Battle Log and/or Screen shots of the issue.

If you can supply those three things with each Issue report I can almost always solve them quickly and efficiently.

Out of second draft pack I got The Abyss as first pick card, and then someone(probably the afk guy) skipped The Abyss to me as 5th pick which was INCREDIBLE luck. 1st pack and 3rd only gave me rares etc, so nothing more than this. So on a sidenote also 2 of my opponents had Abyss aswell(Bafla I think was in the draft with me) anyway. After draft ended with me being the victor, I proceed to my deck to see that I got only 1!! Abyss there :(

Well, it must be there. I played the card during at least one fight. Thanks for looking into it, but I’d really like to have that card for my decks!

I checks and that Draft cannot be the correct draft. You recieved the Abyss at 2012-11-14 22:40:04 the draft this occurred in would have started within minutes of that time. the Draft you listed started at 2012-11-14 23:28:23. Please get back to me with the correct Draft ID and I will solve asap :D

The truth of the matter is that Pwnzor is the only one that actually got the abyss that appeared in that pack. The other “copies” that appeared where a glitch ( including the second one Pwnzor received) so I credited Abyss’ where they where warranted.
