In the Server Settings there should be a horizontal bar that lets you choose it’s health by scrolling the scroll bar left or right.

I don’t see any settings for barricade health whatsoever.

There’s no reply button, and the full formatting guide on the right of the comment box doesn’t provide any solution.

Look below the username. There’s a quote button.

Maybe that game mode doesn’t allow barricades?

The dust maps are removed because of copyright issues, I think.

You must be the host of the current game in order to do it.
The steps are simply, simply go to the Menu then go to Server Settings. After that, simply click the check box next to Show Enemy on Radar.
