Agnus Mumbledore flying Phoenix

Pilot Profile: Agnus, one of the three ancient wizards, is a guardian of the universal balance, and so were his brothers Albus and Gandalf. However his brothers got greedy, no longer saw meaning in their duty.Gandalf and Albus banished Agnus into Vorp! universum for not joining them in their quest of world conquering.

Agnus doesn’t have enough magic powers, to escape the Vorp!, but he has discovered that B! exponentially increases the power of his magics, allowing him to escape. However he needs a lot of B! to escape, and to stop his evil brothers.

Description: A slow ship with high turning speed and extreme firepower.

Loadouts:

Fiery Beam
Fires a long beam of magical fire that fries anything in it’s bath. Chargeable.
– Beam duration and damage depends on the charge level.
– High Dps + Burn damage.
– Upgrade increases beam length and damage.

Fusion Generator
Fires up the ship’s massive fusion core, generating enormous heat around the ship.
– Increases speed, fire rate, turning and regeneration.
– Deals small Dps to nearby enemies and overheats their afterburners.
– Upgrade increases duration.

Firewall
Creates a magical wall of fire around nearby allies and yourself, that reduces taken damage and damages enemies that get too close.
– Deals Dps to touching enemies and sets them on fire(burn damage).
– Upgrade increases duration and damage.

Reincarnate Passive
Upon death, you have a chance to reincarnate with full energy, instantly on the spot.
– 5/7/10%(increases with upgrade) chance per charge level(max 10 charges).
– Charges very slowly, mayby 36 sec per charge (6 minutes for full charge)

That’s probably the scariest thing I’ve imagine… nobody wants to get hit by a flying bathtub.

Yes, i know the following ship wouldn’t work IRL, in space, so save your arguments.

The Acononymous flying Causticus

Pilot Profile: Won’t be arsed to come up with one this time.

Favourite Movie: Sound of Music

Description: Super fast ship that abuses the power of sound.
- Highest normal speed, yet very low afterburner power(due to 4th loadout)

Loadouts:

Sound Wave
Fires a strong, ultra low frequenzy soundwave in a frontal arc.
– Deals small damage to all enemies in it’s path, and pushes them back a bit.
– Upgrade increases range, vector size and damage.

Ultrasound Projectile
Generates a projectile of concentrated ultrasound, and fires it off with the speed of sound.
– Deals high impact, and medium resonance damage in small area.
– Extremely fast and long ranged.
– Deals double damage on heavy targets(towers).
– Resonance damage also hits the target, not only the impact.
– Upgrade increases damages and range.

Echo Sphere
Drops a sound-pulsar orb that damages and pushes enemies away.
– Effects all hostile objects.
– Push gets stronger the closer to center.
– High radius.
– Upgrade increases duration and push strength.

Speed of Sound Passive
Upgrades your afterburners to push you up to speed of sound, breaking the sound barrier and damaging enemies that get too close.
– Nearby enemies take damage when flown by.
– Nearly impossible to steer.
– You take damage when crashing into any object.
– Upgrade increases damage.

(TARDIS/DrWho variant)

Jon Smith flying the VAPIM (Vortex And Paradox Incident Manipulator)

Pilot Profile: Jon Smith, a survivor from a near-extinct ancient race has decided to make the fleet his home and become its champion. Flying a time machine of his own, he believes Doc McFly’s Undelorian is rather inelegant and “[i]not really time travel”.

Loadouts:

Energy Discharge: Zaps the closest target with a bolt of unstable energy. Chains to multiple targets when upgraded.

Disable Technology: Turns off the nearest turret for (3,5,7) seconds.

Paradox event: Summons an additional VAPIM (AI Controlled) to fight for (3,5,7) seconds. (will only use primary weapon)

Chameleon Device: Changes into a copy of another ship with the ability to use their (first 3) loadouts. Cancel by using this power again.

Mr. Freeze flying Ice Excalibur

Pilot Profile:

Description: a ship that is literally a super freezer with a vorp energy source. Angel Fire will do bonus damage.

Loadouts:
Cryo-spray – fires (something) that does low damage but slows down ships and weakens the hull (increases damage done on it).
Frostbite – fires a corrosive icicle that sticks to a ship and starts melting while damaging the ship.
Absolute Zero – everything around the ship is frozen and disabled for a period of time.
Expel – all excess energy is expelled from the ice hull healing friendlies and absorbs a % of damage during that time.

Kamikaze ship:

Weak forward cannon, sort of like the Ant
Explodes (on purpose) with chance to auto-respawn and not provide atoms/kill to opponent. Stacks with Fiery Death. Respawn doesn’t always work, exploding always works.

Captain Keno flying Nautilus II

Pilot Profile: Keno Argarushian found his ancestor’s, the legendary Cpt. Nemo’s, legendary hidden ship by following the ancient clues left behind by Nemo. He upgraded the ship with modern space-age technology and made it suitable for space flights.

After years exploring the universe, he ended up in the Vorp! universe.
Luckily during that time he had developed a rather unique, but powerful battle systems for his ship, making him competeable in battle, in this strange world, full of other space explorers and B! hunters.

Description: A heavy ship with the ability to construct drones.
– Has high energy and cargo capacity.
– Very low turning speed and acceleration, but can reach some high speeds after some time of acceleration.

Loadouts:

The Sword of Space Passive
The ship’s sword-like shape and sharp Bangrium blades in it’s head, along with the extreme mass, makes this ship unstopable in the word’s literal meaning.
– The ship accelerates slow, but once it reaches high speed crushing into enemy ship can be very deadly.
– 3x mass compared to other ships, so it pushes enemies easily.
– Upgrade increases acceleration speed and damage.

Wormhole Blasters W
Two beams of short pulses that tear rips in the the universe dealing significant damage.
– New Top-dmg-per-second loadout.
– Similiar to Wolf’s Alpha Cannons, with the twist that their damage decreases, and width increases the further away the beams go, + they are pulse beams, not lasers, so they do not penetrate targets.
– Ship’s extra slow turning speed makes this gun not overpowered.
– Upgrade increases pulse rate and range.

Drone Factory E
Generates drones on a steady rate.
– Drones are released using E.
– Charges 1 drone per set amount of time, up to maximum charges.
– Drone damage counts as yours.
– Upgrade increases max charges and drone health.

Deep Space Seekers R
Launches multiple small LSS-missiles (Long ranged smart seeker), capable of following warper ships through the rip left behind by the warps.
– Low damage.
– Smart missiles can skillfully dodge obstacles while hunting down their target.
– Picks closest target upon launch, and sticks to it until it reaches the target, or the missile runs out of power(10+ seconds), or the target manages to lure the missile into another object.
– Can follow a target that uses any warp/teleport skill, even into depot site.
– Upgrade increases flight duration, damage and dodging abilities.

Ez-Ukri flying Nectus Demonstration!

Pilot Profile: Commander Ukri from the planet Ez-Kal, is eager to try out his brand new ship. It’s hull of supercharged water protects the vulnerable ship itself, while storing enormous amount of energy.

Description: Fast ship with lots of electrical attacks that paralyze and slow enemies.
Has high energy, but very small cargo.

Loadouts:

Passive: Nectus takes progressively more damage, the less energy it’s got.

Electrical Hoze Q/Mouse
Shoots a stream of highly electrified water.
– Deals small damage and slows down enemy turning speed.
– Upgrade increases range and damage.

Tesla Charge W
Overcharges the central capacitator, causing it to unleash it’s energy in multiple frontal lightning strikes.
– Deals small damage from each strike, and adds an X duration of paralysis per hit.
– Causes paralysis, which causes frequent malfunctions in enemy controls.
– Upgrade increases amount and length of lightning strikes, and energy cost.

Magnetic Grinder E
Generates a magnetic field that pulls enemies towards you, while an electrical saw blade spins around you.
– Deals high damage from the saw blade, but consumes a ton of energy.
– Can be aborted by pressing E again.
– Upgrade increases damage and duration.

Hyperdrive EmitterR
Drops an emitter that increases nearby allie’s fire rates and regen.
– Upgrade increases range and duration.

Buggie flying Buggie

Pilot Profile:
Buggie is a living semi-organic space insect. Buggies are usually found in large quantities, in swarms, occasionally around the space. This individual has somehow lost it’s swarm, and is now all alone in the Vorp!

Description:
Tiny and super agile support ship that is dependant on a team, which it can boost in many ways.
– Low energy and cargo capacity.
– The ship is about 2/3 of Ant’s size.

Passive ability: Insect Eyes
When playing this ship, your field of view is shifted bigger.

Loadouts:

Needle Burst Q/Mouse
Shoots a burst of needles filled with chemical explosive.
– Needles stack on enemy and explode after short time, dealing damage that exponentially grows by the amount of needles.
– Upgrade increases amount of needles and range.

Bio Charger W
While active, nearby ally loadouts become charged and deal 15% extra damage.
– Kept active by holding W, consumes lots of energy per second.
– This damage counts as yours, but cannot score kills for you.
– Upgrade increases duration.

Swarm Defense E
For a short time, all damage taken by any nearby ally, is greatly reduced and shared between other nearby allies.
– This includes drones, towers and players.
– Upgrade increases damage reduction and duration.

Team Player Passive
Your stats are increased when there are allies nearby.
– Increases regen, defense and atom gain by X% per ally nearby.
– Upgrade increases the increase%.

Jaf Jaf Ra flying Anuba

Pilot Profile: Jaf Jaf Ra, or shortly Jara, once was the best Goa’uld pilot. However he was one of the few, one of the silent resistance, who were more intelligent, yet weaker than the others of their kind. They saw through their evil leader’s lies.

One day, Jara took one of the best Goa’uld fighter jets, and escaped, leaving behind destruction, and a promise that one day he returns to exterminate his corrupted race, take the resistance with him, and start all over.

Description: A slow tank-ship, with massive firepower.

Loadouts:

Eye of Ra Mouse/Q
A strong solar beam that evaporates targets.
– Ship becomes slowed while using the beam.
– Beam follows mouse at high speed.
– Upgrade increases damage and max range.

Pharao’s Hammer W
Releases an energy orb with two massive rotating spikes attached, in an energy leash to swing around the ship and pummel enemies on the way.
– Upgrade increases damage and range.

Soul Shield R
Inpenetrateable energy barrier protects Anuba from all damage, and deflects bullets while converting them to friendly fire.
– Short duration.
– Has a visible, flashing charge time when used, before the shield becomes functional.
– Upgrade increases shield health and maximum duration.

Ijkido Ling flying The Shrine

Pilot Profile: The shrine Maiden Ijkido may look harmles, but her ship sure ain’t! Ijkido uses her, and her ship’s beauty to attract enemies, before unleashing the hell on her dazzled enemies

Desription: A bullet storm ship! You won’t really be needing any aiming skills with this ship.

Loadouts:

Whirling Bolts I/II/III Mouse/Q
Releases multiple bolts that start to circle the ship at growing speed and radius, and sling off into distance after some time.
– Small damage on single bolt, but the huge amount of them can cause some serious damage at low ranges.
– Upgrade increases max charges, charging speed and damage.

Cracker Shots I/II/III W
Drops 32 projectiles in a large circular pattern, which will take off at extreme speed after few secs, breaking enemy armors and dealing minor damage.
– Piercing shots.
– Amount or reduced armor depends on how many hits the enemy takes.
– Upgrade increases projectile flight distance and damage.

Bullet StormBullet MayhemBullet Hell E
Releases circular 3 waves of bullets in a beautiful shifting, dense pattern, along with multiple long ranged heavy electric plasma bursts in random directions.
– Plasma bursts slow down enemies.
– Upgrade increases amount of bullets. (75/100/150 per wave)

Oblivion I/II/III R
Dazzles nearby enemies with her beauty causing them to lose control of themselves.
– All enemy controls are locked on their current positions for some time.
– To clarify:
• Thrusters jam up on their current speed, even rotational thrusters.
• Loadout keys lock either on or off.
– Upgrade increases radius and effect duration.

Since there’s a dearth of proper support ships…

Healbot 1.1 flying Worst Aid

Pilot Profile: In the future, robots have been created for MMOs to handle healing duties. The thought algorithms were of such complexity and detail that someone figured that with a few tweaks, one of them could fly a ship. Healbot 1.1 is the latest space-compatible edition.

Description: A team player that can keep allies fighting longer than they should.

Base Stat Summary: Slow and fragile. Afterburners are at 1.6x, which sounds good, but the low base speed makes it worse than you’d think. Good energy regeneration.

Loadouts:

Leech/Drain/Siphon Beam Mouse/Q
Emits a continuous beam in a short range (think a little less than Shinobi lasers) that does not penetrate. Enemies have their energy drained, while allies slowly recover energy.
Damage: 30/40/50 (per half-second)
Energy Steal: 25%
Healing: 40/55/70 (per half-second)
Energy Cost: 10/11/12 (per half-second)

Virus Upload I/II/III W
Fires a projectile forward (think Sting missile) that explodes in a radius (think the size of Defensive Territory) on the first enemy it hits. All affected enemies take damage over time and have their loadouts disabled temporarily.
Damage: 300/400/500 over 5 seconds
Disable: 2 seconds
Cooldown: 10/9/8 seconds
Energy Cost: 70/80/90

Defibrillate I/II/III E
Immediately blasts a wave of healing outward (think Flux Hole radius), restoring health and removing damage-over-time effects. Enemies in the radius are shocked and slow down.
Healing: 200/300/400
Damage: 150/225/300
Slow: 30% for 2 seconds
Cooldown: 24/22/20
Energy Cost: 100/110/120

Nurse/Medic/Doctor Drones R
Passively creates robots that rest on the Worst Aid. When allies get close to the Worst Aid, the robots move out and slowly regenerate the ally’s energy, splitting up to heal multiple allies as necessary. The drones only target players.
Healing: 25 per second
Amount of Drones: 2/3/4

Summary: Hardcore healer. It can do some damage and can support allies in a fight, but its real value is making sure allies don’t have to fly too far to get back into the fight. Compared to the Venture, it has superior single-target healing and crowd control, but inferior multi-target healing, damage capabilities, and bulk, so both of them are still good picks.

Here’s some loadout ideas with some exact stats specified. The stats are only guiding.

The Reaper
Fast machine gun that shoots razor-hook projectiles, which sticks on enemy reducing their defense.

Damage: 2 / 3 / 4
Range: 60 / 75 / 95
Armor drop per shot: 2 / 2.5 / 3 % for 1.8 seconds
Cooldown: 0.09 / 0.08 / 0.07 seconds.
Energy cost: 2/3/5 per shot.

On perfect conditions:
DPS: 22.2 / 37.5 / 57.1
• Max momentary/theoretical armor drop: 40 / 64.2 / 67.5 %

Javelin
Faster, bigger, meaner and heat seeking version of the Reaper that explodes after a duration.

Impact damage: 65 / 85 / 115
Explosion damage: 80 / 105 / 150 within 25 / 28 / 34 meters (assuming it’s the measurement unit)
Armor drop: 15 / 20 / 25 % for 3 seconds (explodes after this time)
Max flight time: 2.2 / 2.4 / 2.8 seconds
Cooldown: 12 seconds
Energy: 60 / 70 / 80

Omnos flying Tactical Spacefaring Fighter (TSF)

Favorite Food:Unknown

Pilot Profile: There is quite the Mysterious element to Omnos, no-one knows who or what he is and where he came from is unknown, but his/it’s motives are clear, deliver justice to those who deserve it, he hunts the most high-profile tyrants known

During Omnos’ adventures, he discovered the great use of B! to augment his ship to assure justice, but recently, he has been stockpiling it, rumors say he is constructing something significant, some say it is a superweapon, others say it is a portal for him to return home, but whatever it is, he needs a lot of the B! to complete it

Ship Description: Agile, long-range ship with versitile capabilities.

Ship Stats: 9/10th speed and handling of ANT
25% more energy than Shinobi
same firepower than Hirudo

Loadouts:

Plasmic laser
Fires a continous dual laser in front of the TSF.
– Continous laser beam.
– High range, damage increases the closer the target is.
– Upgrade increases beam damage and reduce damage falloff.

KP Missile Salvo
Fire a massive amount of homing KP missiles.
– Homing, low damage.
– stores 6 missiles, 1.5 second charge.
– Upgrade increases storage of missiles by 2 and increase damage.

Laser Ring
Creates 6 lasers all around the TSF that rotate quickly.
– Medium damage done.
– Upgrade increases duration and damage.

Energy Shield
Passively creates a shield around the TSF.
– Shield health is equal to 25% of the TSF’s maximum energy.
– Charges to maximum in 1 minute
- Upgrades increase the shield’s health by 8% each time

I like your idea, but it seems a bit too much like Iron Wolf.
– Spinning laser
– The main gun is almost like Wolf’s lasers
– Missiles seem to remind a lot of packfire rockets.

first, the main has a longer range than alpha lasers (nearly unlimited)
the spinning laser spins much faster than the claw
the missiles only deal half the damage of packfire rockets with a larger capacity each level

John flying Astrominer

Reference: Motherload

Pilot Profile: After a succesfull mining mission in Mars, the clone pilot code named John, got new assignment. He were meant to mine newly discovered mineral, B!, from far away asteroids.

On his last asteroid of the astro-week, he miscalculated the asteroid’s flight path, and crashed in a battlefield between two alien mother ships. Confused and being under constant attack, John had no choice but to fight back.

Description: A unique close combat ship with extra large cargo, due to the ship’s original purpose of mineral mining.
• Slow turning speed
• Medium flight speed and afterburners
• Medium energy

Loadouts:

Vorpal Drill → Hypergon Drill → Bangrium Drill Q/Mouse
Activates the frontal Drill of the ship and drills through anything on it’s path.
– The drill is active whenever Mouse/Q is held, and drains energy.
– Active drill has 70% chance of destroying incoming projectiles. Applies to lasers and fire too.
– Deals medium damage per second and emits energy pulses that slows down enemy turning speed.
– Upgrade increases pulse range and drill damage.

Mineral Hooks
Designed to grab floating pieces of asteroid for grinding, it also suits well for grabbing enemy ships.
– Sticks into enemy for duration and drags them towards your drill.
– Drains minor amount of energy per sec.
– Upgrade increases max range and duration.

Shaft Miner → Tunnel Miner → Wormhole Miner
Enters an unstopable mining mode.
– Deals massive damage from the drill, and the side grinders while leaving energy rips behind that deals minor damage.
– Slowly moves forward, unturnable and unstopable(exept for a wall).
– Upgrade increases damage and duration.

Blast Shields Passive
Passive shield that toughens every time it takes damage, and provides extra defense against big damage sources.
– Toughens up to X% shielding, and fades away when not taking damage.
– Additionally, always resist a progressive amount of dmg from single hits.
– Upgrade increases maximum damage resistance.
Suggestion for the resists:
• 2% passive resistance per 50 taken damage, up to 50 / 55 / 60%
• 3% progressive resistance per 100dmg in single hit.
• passive resistance fades at rate of 10%/sec after 3 seconds.
• Fully charged lv3 Iado Beam with 32 damage techs would do
211 to 528 damage depending on the passive shields condition.
