if lucky, 5-10 sec, usualy 15 sec. I often spawn at the same time as large npc support ships.
if you have an ssd ( solid state drive) please stat that as well. I have a regular HDD, 8 gigs of ram. I have never joined a game befor my first npc ships ( except for solo play). I have on occassion started a match, with a few opposing players already at my front line of turrets ( and having killed 1 with # 2 almost dead).
