How to download F@h on Playstation 3

Saturday i get a playstation 3.

On my PC, my F@h is slow. For this reason i will download F@h on PS3.

Now is my question: How to download F@h on PS3?

And how much hours does it takes for full CPU points? (250/250)

Hm, I looked for a guide on PS3 F@H installation on JV, but I couldn’t find one.
It should be pretty straightforward, but I’ll do a bit more searching for you later.
