The Isabel server is for Beta Testers of new features that come into PR2 only. Nothing to do with PR4.
pr4 wont be out for a while.
I don’t think Jiggmin has done much or anything for PR4 lately. After Luna I’m sure we can expect more details about it though. :) (plus, he’s been busy with the weekly Motley Monday updates that the community picks)
