Platform Racing 2 Tournament. Semi-finals have started!

Hello all!

Welcome to the thread of the first Platform Racing 2 Tournament.

Prizes:
1st place – 50 Kongregate points
2nd place – 25 " "
3rd place – 10 " "

There will also be non-points prizes! These will come from optional races. On second thought, given the poor turnout, I doubt this will happen. The points will still be given out.

Also, I would like to use user created maps for this tournament. Please submit your maps. I’ll choose the best. If you guys hate the ones I choose, then I might change them.

Finally, it’s the time you’ve all been waiting for!!! The game has started!!! I went with a bracket system. HOWEVER, there will be levels that are optional for non-points prizes. Anyone at all involved in the Tourney can go for these, whether they are in or not.

For the semi-final round, there will be two games of three. The top two people in each game will move on to the finals.

Also, if you are unable to get with the other people in your group, just race yourself.

I'm in, if I can get into my account again (pr2 is having weird errors where I cant log in or see my levels). I recommend PFR Level Collection (update) for the tournament. It has every original platform racing 1 level in a single level. I think The Castle may be fun for a survival match (Time limit is 16:00, my course record is 15:18), and it got a 9.8/10 on the review thread. Team Jailbreak2 may also be a good level (you team up in the beginning, but you have to race a long way after you break out of the jail). Simply put: -PFR Level Collection (update) -The Castle- -Team Jailbreak2- -------------------------------------- EDIT: The Castle and Team Jailbreak2 are not in, but PFR Level Collection might be in.

I’d love to be in this. Unfortunately, I’m still at this moment yet to make a complete level (or even an uncomplete level :P) but it’ll be fun seeing what you’ve decided to use come tourny time. :)

I have a bracket generator for when it comes time to do battle. To put it in Wolf’s words- we’re gonna have fun with this thing.
