Weapons of the Emerald Dragon

I don’t know if a topic has already been started on this(if there has, post a link please), but since I cannot find it(and I did look for one) I wanted to ask.

How do you get these weapons and do they require a certain rank to use them?

There is Emerald Dragon vorpal blade, 8,700,000 gold. I don’t know rank requirement, but it comes after ritual sickle, two scimitar blades

you need different ranks for each 1 the weakest you need stage 5 and i got it from a battle

There is a Emerald Dragon Broad Sword that has 27 DPS
