Unlock Yeti island (Kary's contract)

A lot of people ask this so im writing a simple topic on how to unlock yeti island..

Contract:
Hi there! The name’s Kary, exploration extrodinaire! Or at least in practice. Find me in the contracts menu and help me unlock new lands!

This contract gets unlocked if you find a map piece

Required items:

1 Frigid Map(Random Zone Reward; Village Clearing, Somewhere, By the Village, Icy Caverns, Frozen Forest)

1 Frigid Map Piece(Dropped by Yeti enemies; Icy Caverns, Yeti Hideout)

1 Frigid Map Scrap(Random Zone Reward; Entangled Jungle, Turtle Encampment, Trail Head, Spiral Peak, Floral Caverns)

1 Frigid Map Strip(Dropped by Crazed Catra and Crazed Turtloid)

Reward: Map of Yetinothah

Me and my friends are trying to find Frigit Map Scraps the last two days with no luck. It’s about 30-40 maps per day so i think something get messed up after update or someone should raise the chance of finding it because now i’m just waisting my time doing it over and over again.

It’s based on luck, I killed a yeti the first time and it dropped a piece…

You’re talking about Frigid Map Piece and that’s a big difference ._.

I managed to drop several frigid map scrap, well i think they were dropped since i have 4 of them… nevertheless, i just can’t manage to get the Frigid map (first piece) so i feel you

I’ve leveled from 25 to 27 pretty much farming trail head over and over. 0 Frigid map scraps, yet I had gathered over 30+ strips and sold them all.

Wooops, I meant 24 to 26.

Just wasted 32 energy trying to find the frigid map, man, it’s way too long. T_T

Frigid Map Scrap is also found at floral caverns

I actually mastered all zones required to get Frigid Map and I still don’t have it. Which got me 10x Frigid Map Piece from enemies.

It would be quite a bit easier if there was a player trading market type thing.

There was a person in the chat room with me that found it, but I have wasted at least 150 energy trying to find it to no avail. Yay me, lets waste another 400 energy before I find it…

Got Scrap from a Cat Walk
Also never gor a map zone reward before the 4th or 5th replay (bear or dragon difficulty)

Frigid map is not existing… Farmed almost every gauntlet twice in glaciella and never got a drop!
By the way should’t it be called Frigid Map Fragment? I got Map Piece about 20x, Scrap about 5x, Strip about 6x but none Map Fragment.
Where does this drop and is there possibly a lvl cap or sth?

Oh and by the way i wasted over 120 energy in glaciella for this piece of *

i got frag on my 1st gauntlet quest – by the village xD

I waste about 1 week to find “Frigid Map” and now I have a lot of other pieces but no Frigid Map

Got Scrap from a Jungle Deep

Ok now i wasted again about 60 energy for this frigid map?!? Hello developers whats wrong with that? Maybe they accidently built in a lvl cap for this drop?

Developers: Farming for the scrap is not so fun. Please listen to all the people complaining.

It’s not that hard. I got about 9 Frigid map pieces during my first run through Glacellia (No gauntlet,) three map scraps, and one Frigid Map. I got the Frigid map Strip about two times from level rewards on the whale island.

Nope, you’re just lucky, and it’s hard. it’s really diabolic to find a map piece from zone reward

I’ve been hunting this item for 3 days, I’ve to WAY TOO MANY OF ALL THE PIECES, but the FIRST ONE I can’t find a single one, I’ve done those missions so many times I’m about to call it quits.

I got the full glacial armor in the making of getting that I got about 4 of the first map just takes some time.

i just kept doing new missions and going to next place and eventually i got them all
