I can’t attack because 99% of the players are on noobs training. I found a 128 lv player that is still in noob training.

Noob training is all the challenges that appear in your left screen. In the last one you have to destroy 15 starbases with your colony army.
That means whoever is doing those tasks can attack others and we can’t even take revenge??? not fair
How to get revenge: spy the planet of the enemy, if the revenge button is grey then go to the enemy’s system, click on his planet and the revenge button will be green in that menu.
