I have seen a number of posts for help, bug reports, shouts etc. From players who need developer support.
If you need developer support open a Support Ticket via the “Help Me” tab on the top of the game. Support tickets are responded to everyday except weekends and holidays.
If you need developer help – Don’t send a bug report, don’t send a shout, don’t post on the forums…. because we might not see any of that. Instead go to the help me tab and open a support ticket!
