Inuyasha is fine. Don’t expect to find anything deep though.
Mononoke is based on classic Japanese folk stories. It is both incredibly good and incredibly weird. It is hard to recommend this to an average anime viewer.
Fate/Zero, if you haven’t seen it.

what is the most ineresting anime you can throw at me

I found SEL quite interesting and most things by Kuri Yoji. Just know that most of his work is from the 60’s so you’ll find the graphics very different from what you’re used to.

downloading umineko now with the new sprites. Watched the anime long ago but they never finished it T_T. So now time to play the demo to see if it’s worth buying for 31$

I assume you have seen the essentials: Stiens;Gate and Serial Experiments Lain. Paprika is also excellent, but a movie. I’ll mention Paranoia Agent and Mononoke again too.
