If i find the hardest difficulty of “Frantic 2” to be slightly difficult, does that mean that I’m not ready for Touhou?

They’re different series. Just start playing Touhou as early as possible. It may look hard in the start but you’ll get used to the gameplay and predict the bullets and get better when you’ve playd for a while.
