A few suggestions, don’t know if it will work for you:

1. Move to a new city

2. Enter a witness protection program to gain new identity.

3. kill the other gang members.
4. go to another payphone and hope you are called by another gang (works in GTA)

Tell the police their location for a cash reward.

Request a gang resignation form, fill it out and submit it, leaving a gang is simpler than it looks.

Once you get the paper work done, you are free to pursue other things. Like joining another gang.

Going to prison seems like the best idea. Thousands of ex-gang members can’t go wrong.
