 ok, so for the lottery you either win or lose, meaning you have a 50% of either outcome. I bought 2 tickets so therefor I have 50%+50% which is 100% I am guaranteed to win. u jelly? omg y didnt i think of that i jelly When you said you were going to be rich, I thought you meant you were a woman divorcing her husband… Dunno why that popped inta my head. No, you have a 75% chance to win if you accept statement 1 (which isn’t true but whatever). You have a 50% chance, and if that fails, you have a 50% past the 50% which makes a 25%. Added it makes 75. Each card has a 50% chance of winning. 50% plus 50% equals 100%. Duh. Get it right.
