No, you have a 75% chance to win if you accept statement 1 (which isn’t true but whatever). You have a 50% chance, and if that fails, you have a 50% past the 50% which makes a 25%. Added it makes 75. MATH ACCOMPLISHED.

Each card has a 50% chance of winning.
50% plus 50% equals 100%.
