i got the sony viao and at this point i hate it

theres a red x in a box for pictures

whe i try to watch a video on youtube it says video is no longer available

when i try to view a webpage it somethimes goes to a messed up format

please help what can i do to fix this

Your internet browser is more likely the problem than the Sony Vaio. Go check other internet browsers such as Firefox or Opera to see if it works.
