I think I might be partly furry.
I like heterosexual, lesbian and transsexual furry art, but gay furries and creepy fursuits are far off from my tastes.

the only possible way not to be a furry by Internet law is if you absolutely hate animals and anything referring to or involving an animal in any way.

A person who enjoys or creates anthropomorphic art.
This is the simplest and to my knowledge most correct definition and it isn’t offensive to anyone that I can think of.

^I think most people enjoys Donald Duck or Mickey Mouse comics, so the furry population is pretty huge by that definition.
