It’s better to use something often bought which would be keys rather than crates:
Mann Co. = 2 quid
Market = around 1 quid
Traders average = 80p
So really it’s 20% cheaper than the market just by finding a key trader.

I just picked up my strange grenade launcher and I’m waiting on a trade for my new demo beard. I am happy camper.

Ok, I’m putting strange parts on my demo weapons.

What should I use on my Eyelander?

I planning to put critical kills (for when demoknighting) and maybe domination kills. Can anyone think of a decent third one?

get kills while explosive jumping.

You could do low-health kills so everybody knows how lucky you are, or kills while explosive jumping. You could also to revenge kills, or perhaps demomen killed so we can all know your dueling prowess.

Demoman kills, maybe?
I dunno, there’s not much else.

I guess I’ll go for low health kills. I use strange parts for actual statistics tracking and knowing how lucky I am could be useful.

Not much point to demoman kills (demoknight battles are more derpy than pyro fights) and kills while explosive jumping would require me to sticky/grenade jump in to melee (doing large damage to myself) a low health target, which has no point.

I put parts on my grenade launcher (buildings, crits, and dominations). I’ll have to reset the rest of my loadout first (grenade launcher had only 8 kills, which won’t be statically significant soon) before I put parts on them.

Ok, so I had a mixed unlucky/lucky moment with the Christmas Update.

First, I gave out my Secret Saxton on a server with 26 players. I get the glitch where the gift goes to “me” and no item is awarded.

However, afterwords I had my first death (I can’t fight two uber’d heavys alone with the demoman) where upon I picked up my drop (note I have been playing for for all of 5 minutes at this point).

It was a multiple crate drop of 1 Nice, 2 Naught, and 1 55 series crate.

“Unbindall” ring any bells?
