Email the staff at either greg@kongregate.com, mike@kongregate.com, or feedback@kongregate.com. Also, do you have any proof the he/she is a spammer? Show some photographic evidence and then post in the forums. This is also stupid because “ban sabarrie please” could be considered spam.
