Well, schizophrenia brings hallucinations (mostly auditory) and delusions (such as believing oneself is a religious prophet or president, etc.).
Schizophrenics also have trouble remaining organized and tend to have disorganized thoughts.
It’s usually not severe (although I would recommend some treatment), but people exaggerate everything. Especially in high school, where everything is melodrama.
