…By going three consecutive weekends with less than four hours of sleep each. Now I can’t sleep at all, and when I do, it’s complete hell.

Stay up for as long as possible, then one night at your desired sleep time on your schedule lay down. You’ll have an amazing night’s sleep and be back on schedule.

the best solution ive found is on days when you arent that active, take a couple hour nap. by only getting a couple hours sleep you remain tired and can fall asleep a bit later.

As a guy who works night shift and has a constantly fucked up sleep schedule, this works.
