1: Kongregate bans/silences for literally nothing.
2: You’ve seen the sheer amount of removed posts. And most of them were removed for nothing.
3: Inactive moderators.

What will be different from this forum?

1: More freedom
2: Better post quality
3: Only three rules
4: Better mods

Who moderates this forum?

I support it because Vegard isn’t a mod there. But I know it’s going to fail.

Although the concept of few rules and low power of mods is appealing to me, it’s not part of a bigger site and activity will likely fall quickly. Besides, I hardly see banning and silencing nowadays. OT used to be shit in that area before.

Kong is much more active, has a better format, and has games and other things to do on besides post.
Verdict: No competition, Kong wins.

In 2010 and 2011, OT was infested by power-abusing moderators and I saw the bans, silences and locks. I experienced them myself. I don’t see them anymore.

People don’t get banned and silenced as often in OT anymore, but instead their posts are removed because Vegard has decided he is some kind of Batman-like figure of justice and is making it his goal to eradicate any form of negativity.

I haven’t seen a lot of that. It’s certainly not as much as when Gevock, Hunka and the others reigned over OT.
