Apocalypse Now, probably. I have still yet to read Heart of Darkness to see if the adaptation does the original work justice, but as a stand-alone cinematic experience it was pretty amazing. Every word of dialogue had meaning, every camera shot invoked exactly what it was meant to, there was no wasted minute (Aside from the French people in the director’s cut, that was too long and didn’t contribute much) it is an engrossing and powerful experience.

Either Fight Club or Pitch Black.
Also, didn’t read or watch the hunger Games movie. Typical over spoken shit.

Horror: Silent Hill (Because I’m too scared to play the game, so I watched the movie instead)
Comedy (Up-To-Date): Avengers (I found it hilarious!)
Sci-Fi: Transformers (The first one I found the best, though I haven’t seen the others after the second)
Fantasy: Avatar
