Three nights ago it ran a routine windows update, so I was like whatever and let it do the update.
Now Whenever I turn it on, it goes to the windows start logo, then a black screen with the mouse, and if I move the mouse the screen dims.
Sometimes It gives me the loading circle forever and nothing happens.
What the fuck did windows do?

It was probably malware cleverly disguised as a Windows update.

You should get Linux. Linux never gets viruses.

That makes me really upset, cause when I ran my malware and virus scans, it came up clean.

Maybe the antivirus software was the malware!

Everyone knows that Mac is the best. Why would you need 80% of programs, customization and upgrading when you can get overpriced shit which becomes completely obsolete in 3 years or so?

Oh you. So, I am going to have to bury my laptop.
The only way I can get it to work is if I go into the BIOs and fix it that way.
Even that can take a few tries.

One of the reasons why people install Windows updates manually.

Boot into safe mode if at all possible.
If you’re able to get in, attempt a system restore. Some viruses are advanced enough to retain themselves after a restore, others not. It’s always worth a try regardless.
If you’re unable to access it at all, you can try removing the given harddrive and externally connecting it to a different computer. Download http://www.sandboxie.com/ (SandBoxie) and put everything you open in it’s own virtual environment. Scan the harddrive as best you can using whatever it is you use. (I prefer ZoneAlarm+Malware Bytes)
Also download and use http://www.gmer.net/ (Rootkit finder)
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/rkill/ <—Helps remove any known malware related processes running so as to allow you to scan and do restores and such.
If any of the above doesn’t work, feel free to contact me. I may be able to assist you.
Cheers.
Oh and, it isn’t a bad idea to always have a spare computer running Linux/Mac so as to be able to properly remove and control viruses without infecting every computer you own. :>

that’s what Apple said about the Mac and now it’s getting viruses too.
also there’s already a few thousand viruses designed to work against linux already.
it was a matter of time b4 they got past Apple’s iOS system-related junk that I don’t know jack squat about.

If you get viruses you seriously suck at computers. Use restricted users.
