Personally I’d choose the first one.

If i could read minds, i could interact with people more easily, as well as finally find out if certain people are misguided or actually stupid. Flying would be a nice bonus, allthough i do not know how exactly you imagined it, i’ll assume it’s a reliable non-exhausting fast travelling method which would allow me to go anywhere i wanted to

Teleporting has many useful purposes, and invisibility (assuming it can be used at will) can make peeping much more easy.

Why would you need to fly when you can just teleport there?

Reading minds would allow me to shore up my own weaknesses, but I’d prefer the ability to teleport and be invisible.
