How Do I Get Rid Of My Fat Ass

hello, i have finally discovered y no one likes me. its cuz of my butt. i was walking home and looked in a car window and saw my big, fat ass. u know, those butts which stupid math nerds without friends always have. i dont want to be one of them, please help me. i kept googling but i couldnt find anything to make my butt thiner and more handsome. please give me tips on how to make my ass small.

Just make sure your nutrition is varied and well balanced and do exercise. You should look better as you adopt a healthier lifestyle.

there is no way to lose fat in just one part of your body but, do some shit like running or biking good ways to lose fat.

There are 2 known ways to get rid of it.

1- Take a loan.
2- Running.

ha,ha,ha…….Surgery

1: There is no spot treatment.
2: You need to take in less calories than you expend (metabolic rate)
