Hey what’s going on guys? I just wanted to know which you like better, Runescape, or Minecraft. Please try and avoid drinking the hateraid, if you don’t like either thats fine, as for me I’ll stick to what I like regardless.

Minecraft.
Now sorry for all of you Runscapers but I’ve had pretty bad experiences with Runescape. It really sucks on my computer.

Haha, thats awesome :D Two very different games, yet a lot alike. No point unless you want there to be a point, lots of exploring you can do, combat, and even building houses. There are quite a few differences too, like graphics, number of enemies, character customisation, and quests. It’s pretty interesting to find which someone prefers, and why to me :P

Runescape – Endless grinding of skills
Minecraft – Endless building of blocks
Tough choice but Runescape for sure, theres more bragging rights involved.

As GATM said, They are completely different games.
One is RPG. You level up skills, fight stuff, do quests..etc
The other is a sandbox. You do whatever the hell you want.
But not only does the answer depend on if the user prefers RPG or Sandbox, but also on if the user likes graphics or gameplay.
I like graphics over gamplay, and RPG over sandbox. But RuneScape was quite a disappointment, it seems too grindy. So, I pick Minecraft.

Well Runescape is an rpg, but you don’t have to level skills, or fight things in it. Its up to you what you to do :D Also Minecraft has the Ender Dragon, thats pretty side-questy :P There are quite a few similarities, even though Runescape is in fact an mmorpg, and minecraft a sandbox game.

Concept
Minecraft- Survive
Runescape- Skills and Bragging rights
Who won? Nobody
Gameplay
Minecraft- Good, nice detail, but made of blocks
Runescape- Nice graphics, detail, and attractive gameplay
Who won? Nobody
Music
Minecraft- Don’t care
Runescape- They don’t care about soundtracks
Who finally won? Minecraft of course =L

Minecraft — Don’t care
Runescape — They don’t really care about soundtracks

I find Minecraft more fun with friends as you can interact more, I haven’t tested the newest runescape updates anyway, never liked how little you could control yourself in Runescape, but it had great interactions and awesome quests
Just wish you didn’t simply right click and watched an animation, felt like a CoD campaign, just watching a movie, not actually doing stuff xD
