If I understand correctly, you’re using the word “liberal” to designate “progressive” since it’s the opposite of conservative in the political spectrum. Adhering to an opinion for the only reason that you consider yourself part of a group that supports it might be a bad idea. I do lean towards certain ideas, but I don’t think I will dismiss and/or favor any ideas only because they are part of a certain group. I’d say I’m more progressive than conservative, seeing that my opinions seem to conform to this hemisphere in most situations (healthcare, education, etc.), but I’m still capable of appreciating a right-wing idea if data shows that it’s more efficient (e.g: inability to meet demand in a state run economy). The best way to improve things would perhaps be to disregard labels and honestly determine which societal models work and which ones don’t. That is why I prefer to maintain some flexibility in my opinions instead of molding them under a predetermined model.

I’m conservative in some places and liberal in others, so I guess I’m moderate.

wtf, this makes no sense. u can be liberal AND conservative. u can also be liberal and progressive. just like u can be socialist and progressive and socialist and conservative. but mostly socialists are progressive cuz most countries are pretty liberal. so if there would be a liberal government in america it would be conservative but if it would be in china it would be progressive.

u can be liberal AND conservative
Agreed, that’s in the lower right-wing.
u can also be liberal and progressive
Agreed, that’s in the lower left-wing.
just like u can be socialist and progressive
Agreed, both are in the left hemisphere.
socialist and conservative
Not really since they’re opposites in the political map, socialism being a progressive ideology. However, one can agree with different opposite ideologies, thus becoming what is called a centrist.

As for economics, I’m all for Keynesianism.
On social issues, I strongly lean towards the liberal/progressive side.

I’m told by others that I’m a bleeding heart liberal, so liberal I guess.
I have enough different opinions that it would take days to list them all.

On social issues, I’d say I’m more liberal. Economically, conservative.
