Atreyu or Ax7?

Which is better? I have both of their latest cd’s and I can’t decide which one is the best. Please tell me which you like better.

If your going to judge by latest CDs I would have to say they both fail

Ax7 has sounded crappy ever since they changed their sound and well Atreyu… They pulled the exact same stunt. Listen to both of their old stuff but if you made me decide based on their stuff overall I would say Atreyu, Listen to either “Suicide Notes and Butterfly Kisses” or “Death Grip On Yesterday” albums by Atreyu and you will see what I mean.

EDIT: My favorite song by Atreyu is Fork In the Road (Your Knife In My Back) and my favorite Avenged song is We Come Out at Night

A7x was good with their first CD. now they are beyond selling out. Atreyu, i’ve always hated…..both bands ftl!

I like Atreyu and I like A7x but which is better… Theres only one way to find out, FIGHT!

Atreyu is a shame for metalcore and LOL that´s to say a lot.

A7X had great stuff back in the day, but MTV ruined them.

Atreyu used to be great. But they sold out. Their new stuff is crap, definitely.

And Avenged Sevenfold was great until Jimmy went to that big metal concert in the sky, (more likely hell though.) R.I.P. Jimmy Sullivan.

have you heard mike portunoy is avenged sevenfold’s new drummer? i wonder how that will work out since portunoy is more of a prog drummer.definitely interesting.

He will play like the rev would. It´s not like a7x will sound like Dream theater

Neither of them.
But I listened to A7X a lot before, so I’ll have to go with them.

yeah i bet you’re right. at least i hope so becasue those two sounds mixing would not be good.

I’m not a Dream Theater or a Mike Portnoy fan, but Mike is 10 times the drummer the Rev was.

Personally, I hated Dream Theater. I would hate to see Mike make A7X into………….that.

One, they aren’t the best, but I wouldn’t stoop so low as to call them mediocre.

And two, how would that offend me? Am I in A7X?

Meh, anything metalcore is mediocre at best. And some people take huge offence when you call a band they like mediocre, so I was just being careful.

Eh, metalcore is ok. But I like most music genres except country. I would rather stick a SPAS-12 up my ass than listen to country.

If you find the right country it can actually be pretty dece. Especially when mixed with metal.
