Most of the people who do this are, as you said, little kids. Even if you sit them down and explain this to them, they won’t listen because they are little kids. |

We’ve actually had this problem from plenty adults too. Generally egotistical, self-serving adults. We had an especially troublesome European in his mid-twenties stand on his soapbox for quite awhile with this. We tried to reason with him for a long time, but he rudely refused and so lost his account permanently; demonstrating how wrong he was. |

The adults are worse by far, too, because, as you said, they’re entrenched in their views and it’s too late to change their behavior. Also, they tend to be more intelligent and impossible to reason with. |
