Honestly though, as much as it is a sad affair with him dieing. What about all the other thousands of inocent people who die every day?

So according from your logic, why spend money on food for dinner, lunch, and breakfast when you can donate that money to third world countries for the thousands of people who starve to death every day and just drink water, which is much cheaper?

That’s not nice…
Had you been born ten years earlier, I’m sure your disposition would be completely reversed.

You do know that he didn’t molest children. It was the childs mother’s feeble attempt to get money, So stop acting like jerks.

Innocent until proven guilty.

He was not proven guilty.

Conclusion. He is innocent.

Pesonally I think Michael Jackson was a creep. If a black person somehow turns white I am not sure what to think about it…

All I’ll say is that he had some good music and it’s a shame that he won’t be making any more. However, I won’t say he should get more respect from you as an individual than any other person. It is still a human being, like everyone else.

I can’t feel true sadness of his death, though, because I didn’t know him personally.

When i first heard it i didn’t realy care. But, later, when i tought about i got a very strange feeling in my stomach. All my life that guy has been around and it’s very odd that he died, especally when he was only 50 years old.

I wish people like this would learn some respect for the dead. Sure, a lot of people of the younger generation may remember him for acts of molestation and whatnot, but you should remember a person for the good things they did, like the music he made.

You don’t see people at a funeral saying things like: “Peggy Wilson was a horrible person. She scratched my car and never gave back that ten bucks she owed me. For that, good riddance.”, you see the people saying the good things they remember about that person.

Again, respect for the dead…

Those things you mentioned about ’’Peggy’’ were very minor things.

I’m not a very serious guy. It’s rare for me to take anything too seriously without throwing in some humor- unfortunately this is one of those rare occasions.

Michael Jackson has passed away recently. At first I didn’t really care, and then it sunk in the next day. Why am I so bummed? Hell, ask anyone why they’re bummed- chances are most of them don’t even know. For some reason, Michael Jackson, the butt of many jokes, the laughingstock of various people, left a massive impact on us in ways we don’t even realize. Is it the way he was always sort of there? Yeah, probably. But more than that is the way he impacted the world.

Michael Jackson was a great singer from the start. At 14 his career began. Michael brought us Smooth Criminal, Billie Jean, and Thriller. The impact Thriller had on our fucking world is immeasurable. Jesus, Thriller became a key part of our dance culture. The thing about good ol’ MJ is his music was amazing. Michael Jackson was truly gifted. He brought us timeless music. I’m bummed about MJ’s death, so I can’t imagine what it must feel like for those who grew up with him.

Before his death MJ was preparing for a tour. A comeback. 8 hours a day, dancing with dancers and practicing for what might have been the greatest singer’s comeback.

MJ is up there with The Beatles, Prince, and the legends of music. In fact, I myself think he even tops them. When it comes right down to it, I suppose the reason I’m so bummed about Michael Jackson’s passing is that he is gone.

The King of Pop, and you had better fucking believe it, is gone.

Rest in peace, Michael Jackson, now and forever. You will be missed.

Very excellent point, Joshhh. Thousands upon thousands of people die every day (not to be negative.) Many of their lives should be just as valued as MJ’s.

MJ had a bigger impact on this earth than most people.
